|Array BioPharma Added to Nasdaq Biotechnology Index|
|BOULDER, Colo., May 13, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Array
BioPharma Inc. (Nasdaq: ARRY) today announced that it was selected for addition
to the Nasdaq Biotechnology Index (Nasdaq: NBI). All securities in the Index are
listed on the Nasdaq National Market and meet minimum requirements for price,
market value, average daily share volume and seasoning as a public company. The
Index includes companies that are primarily engaged in using biomedical research
for the discovery or development of novel treatments for human disease. Array's
inclusion in the Nasdaq Biotechnology Index will be effective May 20, 2002.
